Education: IT/HR Training background. MUST have done IT training

Age: 35 years (Maximum)

Language Preference: English, Hindi and French

 

Job Description:

·         We are looking for IT Trainer mainly to train users on MS365, G Suite, IT Applications & Best Practise

·         Training of Microsoft Products, G Suite Products, Basic Hardware tools i.e Conference Room Kit, Understanding of new technology in the market, Being able to efficiently and quickly understand and adapt different software and develop training programs for different types of modules (e.g. HRMS, GPS/fuel software, etc), Ability to develop training programs, particularly for new softwares.

·         Mentoring from experienced IT professionals within department + internal training + training from various software companies as applicable.

·         Train users on IT Technology and best practices & ensuring all IT Tools optimum usage

·         Maximum utilization of IT Tools (Software & Hardware) across group, resulting in reduced requirement of manual intervention in various areas.

·         By increase on the productivity of team by more efficient way of working using IT Tools and optimization of existing manpower.

·         Understand current IT Infrastructure & Application footprint across the group & work on training modules. Complete and present a gap analysis on hardware and software utilization, policy implementation, and best practices.

·         Prepare road map on scheduled training across group, Create Training Modules. Prepare and begin executing Training Calendar

·         Training Material prepared & also train to super users who will take training in near future.

·         To Ensure super users identified have started Training on regular basis, Users efficiency increased & optimum usage of all tools. This should have a clear impact on some existing manpower’s job profiles and improve data analytics.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

 

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

 

SHIFT TIMING: 6:30PM TO 3:30AM

 

EXPERIENCE: 3 TO 4 YEARS

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

•             Handle all aspects of the Business Development process including working with management team to identify and evaluate market, new targets and implement strategic sales plan

•             Analyzing the company’s needs, showcasing our expertise and value proposition, explaining advantages and setting appointments for closing the sale

•             Achieve monthly departmental objectives by working closely with BD Manager

•             Identifying target clients, Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

•             Initiate sales process by cold calling, speaking with potential customers and understanding their specific software/application related requirements

•             Using different online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelance) to generate qualified leads

•             Maintain knowledge of all products and service offerings of the company

•             Plan approaches and pitches (Work with team to develop proposals, presentations that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives).

•             Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships

•             Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs

•             Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions

•             Keep prospective client database updated, support in writing new business proposals

•             Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

•             Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients

•             Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers                                

 Requirements:

 

•             Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•             Hands-on experience in generating business via portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Peopleperhour, etc. Ability to be involved in Pre- Bids, Follow ups, Out beating Competitor bids

•             Must have knowledge about IT Services, Custom software, Mobility and latest IT trends

•             Must be able to propose technical solutions based on .NET, PHP, Mobile, OpenSource Mobile technologies for websites, intranets, crms, ecommerce, business applications, etc.

•             Excellent at closing projects and showcasing IT portfolio of projects

•             Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by re- searching and writing standard and customized proposals

•             Excellent and negotiating terms, building formal agreements, contracts and proposals

•             Effective skills in key account management / portfolio management and client retention

•             At least 2-3 years experience in similar domain and Industry
