Job description:

Must understand Submittal Reviews and Procedures in Engineering / Contracting World

Excellent HVAC knowledge and with expertise to Auto Cad and BIM.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Ensure that the Submittals / Shop Drawings comply with the Plans and Specifications.

Prepares engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering and design information using BIM/CAD platforms.

Establish Systems for Bill of Materials / Quantity Take Off for various phases /parts of our projects, specially piping.

Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering HVAC discipline lead.

Uses time and resource efficiently and effectively.

Creates and maintains effective working relationships with supervisor, colleagues, clients, visitors and public - at large.

Fully conversant with the latest versions of AUTOCAD and REVIT.

Working knowledge of construction contract language and terms.

HVAC Sales Engineer

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Experience: 5-10 Years

Education: Diploma/BE.

An HVAC sales person is responsible for opening new accounts while understanding the needs of the customer and how to meet those needs. An HVAC sales person manages a sales territory for providers of services and/or commodity products

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

Dedicated to growing the service agreement base through individual sales of new maintenance agreements.

Responsible for identifying service agreement opportunities, surveying prospects’ equipment, and generating service agreement proposals.

 Act as company liaison for national accounts as directed.

 Make warm calls on existing billable accounts with intention of converting them to service agreement customers.

 Make cold calls to architects, builders, consultants

Respond to service opportunities resulting from problems and issues identified by service operations and service technicians.

Interface with new customers, identify needs and solutions for service agreements, repairs, equipment and controls upgrades and system enhancements.

Take and strive to achieve Targets

Write proposals and secure purchase order and/or necessary authorization to proceed.

Evaluate on site safety risks and adjust scope and estimate accordingly.

Actively participate in Sales meetings.

Collaborate and cooperate with peers to share best business practices.

Participate in special projects as needed.

 Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.
