Engineer - HEMM Maintenance
Location: Central Africa
A minimum of 10+ years experience working in HEMM Equipment
Education: Diploma/B.E./B.tech
Technical Competencies : Major overhauling, Refurbish
equipment, system operation of Engine, Transmission, Axle, Hydraulic pumps
& motors & electrical wiring circuit
Age should not be more then 45 Years
KEY TASKS/ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Should have broad knowledge in mining equipment's &
machines & trucks.
- Should do hands on Troubleshoot on Engine, Hydraulic &
Electrical problems.
- Should handle the national mechanic team or division.
- Make proper plan for daily inspection, like walk around
inspection.
- Make the preventive & schedule maintenance.
- Avoid the sudden brake down.
- Make predictive parts plan.
- Should have work aggressive & professional ethics.
- Lead the team like leader & training the national
mechanics.
- Should educate national mechanics with knowledge.
- Garage daily housekeeping & 5 S.
- Lead the national team tool box meeting.
