Job Description:

·                     Candidate must have experience in General Insurance Company  

·                     Monitoring reinsurance transactions & remittances.

·                     Fulfilment of various IRDA Reporting & Compliance Requirements.

·                     Preparation of CMA data & projections for loan approvals from bankers.

·                     Supervision and monitoring of day to day Accounting & finance activity.

·                     Assist in the Implementation of broker world software in H O & branches.

·                     Analysis of MIS of all the branch & preparation Of Consolidated MIS.

·                     Finalize the report of Insurance operations before it goes to Finance.

·                     Preparation of Monthly MIS & Cash Flow along with consolidation of HO and Branch accounts.

·                     Finalizing periodically fund requirements of various Branches after consulting with CFO.

·                     Finalization of annual accounts & other accounting matters.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Should be able to read engineering drawings & remove the MTO / BOQs & generate material indents. Must be conversant with MS Word / Excel.

To process Material Indents / Purchase Requisitions received from our various project sites / works i.e. to send enquiries, get quotes, negotiate with vendors, prepare comparatives in excel & put it up to the higher ups for approval.

On receipt of approval, to place purchase orders, liaise with vendors, carry out inspection & arrange for transport to get the deliveries done to project sites in a timely manner.

Security Manager - Central Africa

Location: Central Africa

Experience: 15 Years

Job Description:

The security manager will report directly to the security coordinator and carry out the following tasks:

·         Implementing plans for re-structuration

·         Creating and implementing protocols and procedures for specific sites

·         Controlling through the supervisors on a daily basis daily contractual and procedural compliance by the security contractors

·         Perform security audits on sites

·         Control supervisors activities

·         Liaising with managers at sites in order to adapt protocols and procedures

·         Identifying security breaches or gaps and practical solutions to overcome them

·         Reporting and treating all security incidents on the various sites

·         Investigate and write reports on all criminal incidents

·         Visiting all sites minimum once weekly

·         Send weekly reports for all sites

·         Establish different needs for materials radios torches etc. and submit to the security coordinator

·         MUST SPEAK and WRITE FRENCH, English and Hindi or Swahili would be an advantage

·         Ex- military background Officer or a high ranking NCO with minimum of 15 years experience

·         5 years minimum civilian security background in oil and gas or mining and heavy industry in Africa

•    Computer literate word excel etc.

Training in electronics maintenance of the plastic processing machine is preferred

As Waste Management Recycling you will be responsible for maintaining, developing and growing customer sites with regards to the waste disposal, identifying and implementing new and best practices to provide a first class customer service and account management service. As Waste Management Recycling Account Manager/Contract Manager you will also explore new business opportunities by agreeing and developing new and existing services.

The role operates within the constraints of the client`s contract and each solution must meet your employer`s health and safety priority with regards to its people and customers and the environment. Pricing is agreed by the business however there is some negotiation scope with regards to third party suppliers.

This role is a regional, hands-on role involving the use of many personal skills such as relationship management, negotiation and self management.
