Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Support Engineer to join our team in Central Africa. The successful candidate will have:

- In-depth understanding of various departments and processes (CRM, Production, Manufacturing, HRM, Supply Management, Finance, Inventory, Purchase, etc.)

- Strong technical and functional skills, including familiarity with latest business intelligence tools

- Extensive knowledge of business processes down to department level

- 8-10 years of experience in multiple ERP implementations as an individual contributor, with Odoo ERP implementation being a must

- 3-4 years of supervisory experience (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

- Set deadlines and assign responsibilities across users

- Monitor progress and lead new business processes

- Streamline business processes and workflows

- Troubleshoot day-to-day problems

- Collaborate with vendor teams to match ERP requirements

- Analyze current ERP (Feebo) strengths and weaknesses, and improve business processes to minimize customization

- Provide industry best practices for long-term and short-term growth

- Ensure proper documentation and regular training schedules
