Job Summary: Responsible for the overall management and operations of the beverage sales depot in Central Africa. Oversees sales, distribution, inventory, and team performance to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Oversee depot operations, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage depot budget and expenses.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and distribution management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in French (English would be an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the beverage industry.
• Knowledge of the Central Africa market.
• Proficiency in local languages.

MANAGER (STORES-IN-CHARGE)

Educational Qualification: B.E (Mech/Civil) /B. Tech (Mech/Civil) with specific courses on Materials Management.

Job Description:

·         Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies

·         Coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and FIFO issue of goods

·         Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met

·         Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these

·         Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary

·         Respond to and deal with user communication/complaints by email and telephone

·         Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate

·         Plan future capacity requirements of general consumables

·         Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress

·         Motivate, organise and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

·         Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

·         Brief team leaders on a daily basis

·         Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely

·         Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment

Storekeeper

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Experience: 5-10 Years

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Maintain receipts, records, and issue of items.

·         Receive, unload, and shelve supplies

·         Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and labelling supplies

·         Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping

·         Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses

·         Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

·         Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs

·         Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
