Job description:

Completion of Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) as per Project Schedule.

Completion of work Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) as per Project Schedule, Budget and Quality.

On completion of Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) work on project schedule, Plant will be commissioned on schedule.

Ramp up Mechanical (Equipments erection & Commissioning) work as per requirement of Project Schedule.

Execute Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) as per Project Schedule, Budget and Quality requirements.

Mechanical & Engineering Co-ordination team

Project Execution (Engineering & Procurement Co-ordination, Erection & Commissioning Mechanical Equipments like Ball Mill, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrating Screens, Conveyors, Thickener Rake Mechanism, Agitators, Slurry Pumps, Clear Liquid Pumps) of large-scale Mineral processing, Metallurgical & Chemical Processing Plant.

Experience in of green field and brown field projects

Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Review & Approval of vendor’s drawings & documents.

Execution of Equipment Erection & commissioning work as per drawing & Project Schedule.

Monitor Quality & related documentation.

Verification & Certification of contractor invoices

Cost Estimation & Budget Planning for Mechanical Work.

Prepare & Submit reports on a daily/weekly basis.

KEY TASKS/ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

·         The Rotary Foreman shall be primarily responsible for Equipment Job Report to  Field Engineer and key members of the team set goals, processes and road map for the project delivery.

 

General Duties

·         Implement Company requirements, paying specific attention to HSE legislation and quality.

·         Carry out and record site inspections.

·         Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements.

·         Conduct and amend risk assessments and deliver toolbox talks/briefings.

·         Ensure site personnel have job relevant training requirements which is entered on site.

·         Schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives.

·         Ensure gangs/site operatives complete all required documentation.

·         Ensure documentation is properly completed in line with Customer/Company requirements.

·         Track and document daily work productions.

·         Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site.

· Coordinate delivery/pick up of materials as required.

·         Order and manage hired/internal equipment on a daily basis.

 

Team Development

·         Arrange knowledge-sharing sessions to the team.

·         Development of national team encourage about multi-skill.

 

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Work Experience: 8 – 10 Year’s Experience

Technical Competencies:

Erection for - Tank, Structure, Piping.

Knowledge of different international Work.

Understanding of safety norms

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in heat treating.

Education: ITI OR Diploma

Job Description:

Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

May be required to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends.

Must have working knowledge of heat treating, testing and commercial materials.

Must have basic knowledge of metallurgy, temperatures, etc.

Physical Demands: Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods, bend, and stoop and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment: May be exposed to heat, noise, humidity, fumes.

Must be able to work overtime, any shift and any day of the week.

Must be able to obtain and maintain status of certified forklift operator.

Possess the ability to perform under the procedures set out for the position under the QS-9000 manuals of the Company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates controls and monitors multiple pieces of heat treating equipment.

Follows written procedures on shop traveler and/or customer paperwork.

Prepares work for processing.

Loads and unloads furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, etc.

Brings any irregularity to shift supervisor or management.

Promotes safety and good housekeeping practices.

Responsible for following production schedules.

Responsible for the quality of his/her production.

Responsible for the conveyance of pertinent information to relieving operator.

Must be a close liaison with any applicable service department.

Performs all other assigned duties.
