We seek a proven Senior Mall Manager to be the single, hands-on leader for our premier shopping centre in Central Africa. This vital role requires a unique dual skillset: Operational/Technical Mastery and Commercial/Tenant Leadership.
This is NOT a general retail role; operational and technical competence in a mall environment is essential.

Core Responsibilities
1. Operational & Technical Command (Crucial Focus)
Building Systems Authority: Oversee all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, safety, etc.). Must have a strong technical background to understand, manage, and troubleshoot complex building operations.
Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance plans. Manage CapEx, budgets, contractors, and all site maintenance teams.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure rigorous safety protocols and full legal compliance for all common areas and building systems.

2. Commercial & Stakeholder Leadership
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary liaison, managing all tenant requirements, renewals, and retention strategies.
Leasing & Operations: Coordinate with the leasing team on fit-outs, ensuring adherence to standards.
Coordination: Manage on-site teams and coordinate minor marketing/events (not a top priority).

Essential Profile
Minimum 10 years in direct Shopping Mall Management.
Fluent French is a non-negotiable requirement.
