Skills required:

Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign specifically with mock-ups, wireframes, infographics, social media banners and posts, web design and multimedia presentations

Experience with professional commercial designs, preferably with a marketing or creative agency

Adaptive design eye and skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Able to give and receive constructive criticism

 

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current client workload

Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics and social media posts and campaigns

Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional such as icons, photographs and other components necessary to create a design as per given brief

Consult with clients’ marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect company culture and marketing goals

Plan concepts by studying information and materials

Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts

Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and work within mandated deadlines

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using pertinent software

Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

Work with the various teams within the organisation when need be

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Technician - Motor & Submersible Pump Rewinding & Repair

 

Motor & Submersible Pump Rewinding & Repair Technician up to 330 KW (Transformer Rewinding & repairing is an added advantage)

 

Education: ITI

 

Experience: 3-6 Years

 

Reports to: Maintenance Manager / Engineer

 

Department: Motor Rewinding Shop

 

Job purpose:

Rewinding, Repairing and testing of 1 phase & 3 Phase all type of electrical motors, Submersible pumps (Oil & water), Generator Stators, Armatures or Rotors up to 300kw independently. 9 (Transformer rewinding & Repairing is an added advantage)

 

Key Accountabilities and Work Outputs:

Accountable to perform rewinding & repairing of motors & submersible pumps as per schedule.

Inspects cores for defects and aligns laminations

Files burrs from core slots.

Lines slots with sheet insulations and inserts coils info slots.

Tests windings for motor-housing clearance, grounds, and short circuits, insulation test, and resistance bridge, no load test and many more.

Winds new coils on armatures, stators or rotors of used motors and generators.

Assign identification number to motor which are coming for repair.

Prepare necessary papers like test report, consumable report, spare parts, stock report of winding wires, bearings, fan cover, fans, insulation papers, sleeves, varnish, gate pass etc.

Maintain the spares part stock required for performing the duty.

Able to repair all type of power tools such as Angle & straight Grinders, Cutters, Drill Machines, Power Hexo Machine, Vibrater, Hammer tool, Polishers etc.

Able to repair domestic apparatus such as pedestal fan, mixture, grinder machines, celling fans, overs etc.

 

Key performance indicators:

Repairing of equipment as per plan.

Rewinding of equipment as needed

Timely report of job completion

Assured quality output

Utility Plants, Utility Boilers, HVAC, ETP, WTP, Compressor Air Generation plants

Hands-on Experience of O & M of Utility Boilers.

Knowledge of ETP- O&M

Knowledge for Air Compressor- Operation & Maintenance- ATLAS COPCO- Oil-free & Oil injected both types with dryer. (Basic knowledge for oil & filter replacement).

Experience in maintenance of Fire Fighting pump-ing system

Make a Daily checklist for equipment & PM schedule.

Sound knowledge for HDPE & Steam Piping job.

Sound knowledge for Pump maintenance & boiler yearly inspection & testing.

MakeShift schedule for operator & maintenance technician.

Make spare planning & on job spare availability.

Able to handle 20 no manpower including Supervisor, operator, technician.
