Experience: 12 -15 years
Qualification: B E Production / Metallurgy
Basic Qualification & Experience
Must have experience in Copper /Brass / Non ferrous manufacturing industry — Pyrometallurgy process
Must have experience in Melting and extrusion industry
Must have minimum 3 years' experience in management role
Must have experience for minimum 2 years in production planning and maintenance planning.
Must have experience in maintaining product quality, develop process standards and maintain the same. Must be aware of the quality standards for copper extrusion products.

Should be active communicator
Must be fluent in English communication — Verbal as well as Email communications
Must respect colleagues and seniors
Should be a good listener
OTHER SKILL SETS
Should have problem solving skills
Must have team development skills
Must be a motivator for his team and should be self-motivated.
Must be expert in MS office (MS Projects /Excel /Word/Power point).
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
He will be heading the Copper Hanger bar manufacturing Unit
The Unit comprises of Induction Melting furnace, casting, Preheating & Extrusion machine.
He should be capable of handling erection and commissioning of the Unit and subsequently production of the same.
He will be responsible for production planning, operations, maintenance scheduling and quality as well as product recoveries
