Manage assign territory for Channel Sales, Dealer Network, Distributer management & New Business Development for Plastic Pipes (PVC, HDPE) & Plumbing Products.

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports comparing targets set against targets achieved.

 

Required Candidate profile

Any Graduate with 8+yrs experience in PVC OR HDPE Pipe Industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Good time-management skills

Job description:

Functional Reports to Sift Incharge / Supervisors & Sr. Manager Production on day to day activities.

Day to Day machine operations.

Fault rectifications in process.

Man management

Material movement

Minimizing down time

Machine Maintenance

Achieving planned production and compliance to quality requirements

Reduction of down time, wastages leads to productively which will connect to net profits. 

Technically need to understand machine behaviors and process parameters.

Understanding customer specifications.

Expertise in Extruder Maintenance on daily basis.

Good Team work and follow up with peoples.

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

Flexible during times of change.

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.

Customer service skills is an asset.
