Prepare basic documents, Minutes of Meetings for consideration of top management.
Administration of Board meetings of Group companies.
Calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Book international and domestic airlines tickets
Make travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, compile and maintain travel vouchers and records.
Arranging Visa for and taking follow up.
Maintaining local employees as well employees Personal & official files.
Organizing conference Rooms for Business Meetings.
