Job description:

Completion of Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) as per Project Schedule.

Completion of work Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) as per Project Schedule, Budget and Quality.

On completion of Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) work on project schedule, Plant will be commissioned on schedule.

Ramp up Mechanical (Equipments erection & Commissioning) work as per requirement of Project Schedule.

Execute Mechanical work (Equipments erection & Commissioning) as per Project Schedule, Budget and Quality requirements.

Mechanical & Engineering Co-ordination team

Project Execution (Engineering & Procurement Co-ordination, Erection & Commissioning Mechanical Equipments like Ball Mill, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrating Screens, Conveyors, Thickener Rake Mechanism, Agitators, Slurry Pumps, Clear Liquid Pumps) of large-scale Mineral processing, Metallurgical & Chemical Processing Plant.

Experience in of green field and brown field projects

Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Review & Approval of vendor’s drawings & documents.

Execution of Equipment Erection & commissioning work as per drawing & Project Schedule.

Monitor Quality & related documentation.

Verification & Certification of contractor invoices

Cost Estimation & Budget Planning for Mechanical Work.

Prepare & Submit reports on a daily/weekly basis.

Education: Mechanic Engineering OR B.E.- Automobile

Years of Experience: 15 -20 Years

Job Responsibility:

• To provide transportation service to various departments for operational needs of heavy equipment as well as individual use light vehicles.
• Records of vehicles and equipment's for allotted to the departments & Group companies.
• Record and control the vehicles & equipment's hired to other departments and group companies.
• Accounting and monitoring the issues of fuel to the vehicles and equipment's.
• Documentations of all vehicles and Equipment- s, and ensure the validity.
• Maintain the Record for the documentation and ensure its timely renewal.
• Man power organizing, like attendance and work planning, Leave authorization. (Drivers, Operators, Mechanics, Permanent and daily labour)
• Ensure the safety orientation, Educate the workers for legal requirements
• Light vehicles Repair and maintenance, Trouble shooting, monitoring Job cards, failure reports
• Heavy Vehicles and machinery Repair and maintenance, Trouble shooting, monitoring Job cards, Failure Reports.
• Monitoring the scheduled maintenance of vehicles and equipment- s
• Maintaining stores for the spare parts of LMV & HMV, HEMM, Including all consumables
• Update the data base of Stores inventory, Receiving and issuing
• Preplan for spares and consumables
• Old spares and scrap materials handling and reports.
• Handling Cash and accounting
• Candidate fluent in French and Swahili
