Manage end-to-end functions of supplies & EPC business development across verticals.

Expand business in the assigned territories and consistently improve the profitability of the company; identified new project business opportunities.

Formulate business goals, short-term and long-term budgets, and developed business plans for its accomplishment

Design successful business expansion strategies using customer & market feedback

Establish alliances/tie-ups with key EPC players/Technology partners/Equipment manufacturers serving the process industries resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

Manage commercial closure of projects with support for P&L responsibility

Participate in techno-commercial discussion & negotiation with clients and determine a win-win situation for both

Spearhead vendor registration function, facilitating the Sales department for new product approvals/ acceptance with clients, utilities, engineering consultants & end users.
