Job description:

SCM - BIVAC PFI

·         Bivac proforma invoice to consignee for bivac code

·         Obtain sales order sheet from Feebo; send to purchase dept.

·         On receipt of Bivac code updating in system & TI Master.

·         Preparing bivac with the sales order provided by purchase dept.

·         Send bivac annexure to purchase for HS Code wherever required.

SCM - BL/ AWB Draft

·         Get the BL/AWB checked and do the necessary correction if required.

·         Once all required process is completed, get the original BL/AWB generated from forwarder shipping line

·         Prepare BL/AWB draft based on export documents.

SCM - FERI

·         Generating Feri application manually and sent to concerned agency.

·         Get the Feri no and same updated in BL. After receipt of original BL sent to concerned agency and receive the original Feri certificate.

SCM - Final BL/ AWB

·         Upon receiving of original BL; prepare the post shipment documents

SCM - CRF

·         Prepare the CRF documents after receipt of export documents

SCM - Pre Alert:

·         Inform consignee and notify party for shipments by sending pre-alerts to them and to solve their queries if any.

SCM - RFID Data Associate:

·         After completion of the factory stuffing container relevant data submit to custom

SCM - MIS Reports for BIVAC/ Logistic:

·         Prepare and circulate Logistic MIS reports

·         Address activities in customer service, warehousing, inventory, transportation, materials handling, and strategic planning

·         Develop the logistics strategy for the organization form time to time

·         Set policies and standards, including determination of health and safety procedures for the handling of dangerous goods, and ensure compliance with transport regulations

·         Stay informed of best logistics practices, and apply the same in the organization as applicable in order to improve logistics processes

·         Allocate specific work activities to employees and others such as contractors or subcontractors

·         Make decisions about suggestions for change as applicable (e.g. logistics strategy, departmental policies and procedures, etc.)

Mandatory with whole exp.: 3-5 years

Must experience in DRC: In Logistics / procurements

Age: 35-40 years

Work Experience

·         Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Import and Export operation

·         Should be aware documentation and clearance Procedure of import and export (BL, pre shipment inspection etc.)

·         Knowledge of after shipment container transfer movements.

·         Truck transportation experience and awareness of manifest system

·         Able to handle logistics dept. with minimum of 20 members

·         Experience in Liaising with Govt. Authorities i.e. Customs, Taxes related to Import & Export

Key Responsibilities

·         Co-ordinates with suppliers from INDIA, CHINA, SA, DUBAI etc.

·         Handle whole operation of export and import

·         MIS preparation for management

·         Co-ordination with clearing agents

·         Co-ordination with transporters at DAR, SA, ZAMBIA

·         Co-ordination with project and operation team

·         Documents checking preparing as per requirements

·         ERP system reports

·         Co-ordination with port notify party on clearing shipment and loading

Job Description:

·         This position reports directly to the Head Operations. This position also works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service for optimized customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.

·         Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

·         Incumbent will be responsible for overall SCM function which includes – Stores, Purchase, Logistics, Inventory Management.  Ensuring the timely availability of the materials, consumables, import items and overall distribution planning. Meet internal customer service, quality and on-time delivery. Administer company policies and procedures. Interface with product design teams to ensure the required items

·         Optimize inventory levels while driving inventory down and service up. Adhere to specific business unit budget. Develop and implement business unit capital projects to meet plant and asset objectives. Develop employees by conducting performance reviews, providing coaching, counselling, and effective training. Qualified candidates will have a Degree with 05-07 Years of Experience.

·         Candidates must also have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and experience working across cross-functional teams.
