Job Description:
Managing follow-ups
Schedule meetings in calendars
Take MoM and follow-up on deadlines agreed upon with various team members
Meeting prep done (e.g. making and sharing agendas, sharing info/data beforehand for review)
Research certain industries, organisations, programs, etc and prepare summaries
Write emails, draft memos, etc (through dictation and/or with brief bullet points shared)
Do site visits across respective business units
Manage administrative tasks (e.g. travel management, personal items/tasks, paperwork)
Represent SC/PC in certain meetings and share reports, feedback, minutes in a summarized format
Oversight of projects
Tracking timelines
Creating monthly reports
Researching markets
Conduct periodic internal audits (ranging from basic financial audits to policy compliance to QC and beyond as required)
Assist with event planning
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong technology skills
Must be very proficient with MS Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, etc
Must be proficient with Apple iOS and Windows both
Must be proficient with Google Drive, Cal, and other apps
Must be proficient with calendar and task-tracking apps
Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
Preferable to have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant (specifically as an EA, not only as a PA) reporting directly to senior management
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
