Job description:
Ensuring stable ERP, Data Reconciliation and Data ONLINE
Implementation of ERP for Our Client & enhancement
projects for Feebo i.e., MIS and Dashboard, Enhancement
By ensuring System stability and User acceptance
Project Management – ERP Implementation
Documentation – Training Doc, FRD
Vendor Coordination
Ability to understand business requirement.
Ability to work in a team.
Effective Communication
Mentoring from experienced IT professionals within
department.
Person worked on multi domain environment for ERP
Implementation
Understanding of different departments and processes such as Customer Relationship Management, Production, Manufacturing, Human Resources Management, Supply Management, Finance, Inventory, Purchase, etc. is important
Should have sound technical as well as functional skill
including familiarity with the latest business intelligence tools.
Bachelor's degree
Extensive knowledge of business processes down till
department level processes
8- 10 years’ experience in multiple ERP implementations as an
individual contributor
Odoo ERP Implementation must
3 to 4 years supervisory experience will have an advantage.
Functional responsibility would be as below:

Setting deadlines
·
Assign responsibilities (at functional level -
across the users)
·
Monitor progress
·
Lead new business processes
·
Streamline business processes and workflows
·
Solve problems that arise in day to day working
·
Match the requirements of the ERP with Vendor
team
·
Should be able to find out the strength and
weakness of Current ERP (Feebo) and try to improvise the business process to
minimize customization.
·
Should provide with best of industry practices
to maintain growth in both long-term as well as short-term.
·
Proper documentation and regular Training
schedules.
