Candidate must have experience in Industrial project and Residential project experience.

 

To assist in the day-to-day activities of Project/ construction site administration, with focus on quality Services with best productivity and in meeting of Department and Management expectations.

Core Activities / Tasks (Principal Accountabilities) / Key Responsibilities  

Understand the user needs, prepare proposals, scope documents, and estimates and take approval from the Management and Should be able to lead the team and ensure to complete the assigned tasks as per time lines.

Float tenders, receive quotations, technical and price evaluation, negotiate the project costing.

Ensure to Lead the Manpower and Contractors to get the timely job done as per the standards set by Mgmt.

Monitor/Co-ordinate/ execute/inspect/commission internal existing projects (If any).

Ensure adherence to safety norms by employees.

Ensure to have Project related completed documentation.

Prepare Periodical MIS reports for ongoing projects and its progress and expenses and submission to Mgmt to review and further guidance / Advice.

Check and process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Manage processes and documentation as per IMS requirements / ISO Standards.

Managing of Site Manpower, Contractors with adequate Safety standards and should be able to liaise with all the stake holders including Statutory Authorities.

Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time (Ad-hoc) .

Should flexible for Shift duties and willingness to local travel as per working conditions.

Civil Projects , Civil Maintenance , Project Management, IMS /Safety, Civil / Project Management.

Willing to work as per time lines and Should be meticulous in his / her work.

Planning, Organizing & Executing Good planning, coordination, interpersonal & communication skills.

Good knowledge on Computer Skills like Microsoft software packages (MS Word/Excel/Power Point) and Civil Engg related Engineering Drafts Software.

Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in commercial Projects Constructions.

Local Language Literate will be given preference.

POSITION SUMMARY

The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, and packaged units throughout the district.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze, Plan, and Perform Preventive Maintenance of HVAC System throughout the district

Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair pumps including chill water, heating water and condensation pumps.

Troubleshoot, repair and make modifications to HVAC System

Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statues

Maintain maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations

Order and maintain parts needed to repair and maintain HVAC Equipment

Manage relationship with all major vendor accounts

Properly maintain and safeguard district assets.

Other Duties as assigned

 

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Ability to run copper piping and PVC

Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to wire routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all unit of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Understands and has mastered the refrigeration cycles to include: identifying components in advanced refrigeration circuits, understanding how each component works, diagnosing and correcting problems in the refrigeration circuit, using manifold gauge set, pressure/temperature chart and temperature measuring devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot.

Understands refrigeration recovery, evacuation and charging, understands the installation and sizing of refrigerant piping.

Understands and has mastered the heating cycle to include: identifying components in heating system, understanding how each component works, diagnosing problems in the heating system using a gas pressure test and other devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot and repair.

Understands and has mastered electron theory, how electricity travels, AC and DC currents, single phase and three phase circuits, and series and parallel circuits. Ability to read wiring advanced wiring diagrams. Knowledge of Ohms Law. Ability to use multi-meters to read voltage, current and resistance values. Must be able to troubleshoot advanced electrical circuits.

Understands and has mastered the fundamentals of temperature and humidity measurement and control in air conditioning units. Understands the process of treating air so as to simultaneously control its temperature, humidity, cleanliness and distribution. Ability to use a psychometric chart to determine the results of mixing air having various properties.

Understands and has mastered all types of HVAC systems and how each component within the system operates in conjunction with the other components and how that impacts the overall operations of the system as a whole. These systems include but are not limited to air cooled, water cooled, hot water systems, chilled water systems, VAV systems, steam heating systems and building automation control systems.

Knowledge of Windows operating systems

Knowledge of Advanced heat load/loss calculations

Knowledge of Advanced cooling load calculations.

Job description:

We need someone dedicated for operations who have sound knowledge from similar industries.

This will be a new position intended to help streamline operations and increase company efficiency and growth.

Daily report shared with Mr Gordon and 2-3 times weekly call/discussion

Develop HSE culture and develop and oversee HSE dept.

Prepare and develop the ground team (i.e. operators, drillers, etc.). Motivate operations team to achieve cost effective results.

Develop training programs and guidelines/SoPs for ground teams to follow to improve uniformity, quality, and efficiency of work across all sites

Proper project planning and execution within cost and timing.

Control on M&T Dept., Planning of consumables and spares, Prepare efficient BOQ for each project.

Integration into team as a member of the core committee.

Full oversight of the Garage and Maintenance dept, Operations dept, and HSE dept.

NP improvements assessed through a review of line-by-line costs, i.e. material utilization, direct labour, spares and consumables current usage/replacement/ratios vs improvements. Planning and usage/ROI of any additional rigs purchased.

Understand our business model, and evaluation of existing team, procedures, and costs

Get update of all assets we have in running condition (Rigs, Vehicles and tools & accessories).

Build relation with all Non-Group Clients. Present how you will reduce inventory, costing in different drilling.

Execution of franchise model. Develop project/site-wise reporting formats and analysis formats to gather and analyse data of each project.

Make sure all team members are ready with HSE system. Make sure all rigs and equipment’s, performance is optimizing. What new business you can propose related our business or interesting to DRC Market, including for water purification, CSR models, etc.

Start preparation for ISO 9001 (Quality management system) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety management system).

SoPs to be in implementation and being tracked and monitored across sites.

This person will be part of the Core Committee once formed. He will lead the Operations’ department, including all types of drilling (core drilling, blast hole drilling, water well drilling). He will also oversee and manage the Garage and Maintenance departments. He will work coordinate with the Stores dept.

Management skills, Analysis of performance, costing, Knowledge of drilling, HSE and teamwork expertise is most important.

Candidate should be age of 35-40, family values, sincere, honest, ambitious, adaptable to different environments, passionate about his work, enthusiastic about going to sites and staying on sites while overlooking operations.
