Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry

- Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems; experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Zoho) is a plus

- Excellent financial modeling skills, with the ability to create detailed, accurate, and presentable models for management and stakeholders

- Strong budgeting and cost control skills, with experience in variance analysis and cost optimization

- Ability to assess financial systems and SOPs, and identify areas for improvement

- Strong understanding of project pipeline and financial modeling

- Excellent financial analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting skills

- Ability to create projections and financial models for all projects in the pipeline

- Strong accounting and financial controls skills

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed financial models for projects

- Monitor and analyze budgets vs actuals, and suggest areas for cost control/optimization

- Conduct budgeting accuracy and variance analysis

- Ensure project profitability, cash flow management, financial reporting accuracy, and timeliness

- Assess financial systems and SOPs, and identify areas for improvement

- Update financial models and revise financial models for projects

- Complete financial analysis of ongoing projects and the company

- Formalize and publish updated MIS reports to key stakeholders

- Review financial and accounting controls

- Create projections and financial models for all projects in the pipeline

Technician/Operator for bridge saw cutting machine. Minimum 5 years’ experience, should be able to read a design given by installer and input into bridge saw software screen. The technician should be able to produce a finished product and should be able to teach his fellow workers what to do with them (cutting, polishing, profiling etc). This technician should be able to produce granite tombstones, meaning he has to be a craftsman as well with good knowledge and experience for this type of work.

Location: DR Congo

Qualification: Diploma in Civil / ITI in Survey

Responsibilities

·         Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.

·         Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

·         Quantity Estimation, BOQ, Rate and cost analysis, quantity surveyor

·         Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.

·         Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.

·         Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.

·         Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.

·         Coordinate findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.

·         Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys or drafting maps.

·         Analyze survey objectives and specifications in order to prepare survey proposals or to direct others in survey proposal preparation.

·         MIS inputs to the Project Manager

·         Render necessary assistance to Project manager on claims/variations/lock-ups wherever required.

·         Ensure proper record-keeping, documentation for billing.

·         Key skills required: Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.

·         Willingness to travel extensively across the construction sites.

·         Knowledge of AutoCAD. Total Station, Auto Level & MS Office must.

·         Capacity to handle pressure.

·         Should have proven track record of working with reputed companies as well as projects.

·         Should be committed to achieve goals.
