Job Responsibility:
To improve the food quality across the locations in Client's and
to reduce the food wastage by making proper planning of Ration and edible
items.
Reduction in cost behind Food
Train the Cooks across the locations.
To understand the local markets for Grains, Vegetables and
Edible items
To improve the food quality and availability of variety of
Menu
To reduce the cost behind the Grain, Ration, Vegetables and
Edible items with an improvement in food quality
Excellent understanding of Food Preparation
Quantity of Raw Food items against users
Must have experience in Catering or Mess Facility or Canteen for
minimum 5 years.
Must be possessing understanding of various
regional/seasonal food items for Africa
