Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Group Chairman and AVP - Business Development in a reputed mining and metal group company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure follow-ups
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track deadlines
- Conduct research, prepare summaries, and draft emails/memos
- Perform site visits, oversee projects, and manage administrative tasks
- Track timelines, create monthly reports, and conduct internal audits
- Proficiency in MS Office, Apple iOS, Windows, Google Drive, and other tools
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
