Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and execute industrial construction projects in Central Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil project execution, site management, and quality assurance within industrial environments. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of driving project milestones while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage and execute end-to-end civil construction activities for large-scale industrial projects, ensuring alignment with approved designs and technical specifications.

• Site Management: Supervise daily site operations, manage contractors, and coordinate labor forces to maintain productivity and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous quality control (QA/QC) measures and strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across the construction site.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with mechanical, electrical, and design teams to prevent clashes and ensure smooth project integration.

• Resource Management: Estimate, monitor, and track the usage of construction materials to minimize wastage and optimize project budgets.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management, and maintain comprehensive site documentation.

• Problem Solving: Identify on-site technical challenges and implement effective, practical solutions to prevent delays.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Experience: 4 to 8 years of dedicated, proven experience in the execution of industrial civil projects (e.g., manufacturing plants, power plants, refineries, or heavy industrial facilities).

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial construction methodologies, structural blueprints, surveying, and material testing.

• Adaptability: Willingness to relocate and work in Central Africa. Previous work experience in African countries or similar challenging international environments is highly advantageous.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities with a proactive approach to site challenges.
