Qualification: B.E./Diploma Electrical with 1 to 2 years’ experience in pump industry

Job Description:

·         Field visit to attend complain

·         Monitor & co-ordinate service networks by phone and regular visits.

·         Assist technically to all authorized dealer’s & authorized service outlet.

·         Organize various service events depend upon market requirements.

·         Organize Training programs for ASC’s & Dealer’s in-plant.

·         Collect new & trial, competitor product performance in various field conditions and ISO field validations.

·         Utmost ensure the end customer satisfaction in all service aspects.

·         Promoting our business next level.
