EXECUTIVE – TRAVEL
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Experience:
· Maintaining DSR tracker on daily basis and sharing the same to client.
· IATA certified candidate/ someone well versed in managing Travel desk.
· Must have experience on Amadeus software
· Excellent communication skills and co-ordination with vendors for Hotel bookings, cab bookings etc.
· Preparing cover letters (Format available with client) ,Invitation letters, booking travel insurance etc.
· Tracking each and every mail floating in Travel desk mailbox and follow up will closure of the application
· Career minded and ambitious with ability to work independently and in efficient manner.
· Excellent command over verbal and written communication skills.
· Extremely organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
· Willing to work extensive work hours
· Take full ownership of managing all offered candidates post offer acceptance.
· Manage the pre- onboarding process for all offered candidates including but not limited to preparing offer letters
· To be the perfect host to all our candidates starting from a vibrant hello to a warm good bye for all onsite interviews.
· Work with recruiters to maintain the recruitment database and generate reports for the team to identify shortcomings and suggest process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
· Coordination for the on boarding Process for the Group employees and defining a process and responsible to reduce cost.
· SOP development
· Develop good relationship with Travel agents and Airlines.
· Ensuring the On boarding process is smooth.
· Business Travel / Accommodation / Hotel Booking
· SOPs initiation and completion
· Establish relationship with all the Online Portals and agents around
· Cost –effective process and smoothen the entire travel plans.
· IATA certified candidate/ someone well versed in managing Travel desk.
· Must have experience on Amadeus software
