Job Description:
· This position reports directly to the Head Operations. This position also works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service for optimized customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.
· Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
· Incumbent will be responsible for overall SCM function which includes – Stores, Purchase, Logistics, Inventory Management. Ensuring the timely availability of the materials, consumables, import items and overall distribution planning. Meet internal customer service, quality and on-time delivery. Administer company policies and procedures. Interface with product design teams to ensure the required items
· Optimize inventory levels while driving inventory down and service up. Adhere to specific business unit budget. Develop and implement business unit capital projects to meet plant and asset objectives. Develop employees by conducting performance reviews, providing coaching, counselling, and effective training. Qualified candidates will have a Degree with 05-07 Years of Experience.
· Candidates must also have strong organizational and interpersonal skills and experience working across cross-functional teams.
