Location: Central Africa

Experience: 6-10 years

Education: 10th, 12th, or Diploma

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team in Central Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, premises, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control access to the workplace, ensuring identity verification and authorized entry only

- Conduct security procedures such as metal detection and bag checks

- Monitor video surveillance and respond to unusual activity

- Educate staff on security procedures and requirements

- Perform routine inspections and report incidents to local enforcement

- Comply with local and federal security regulations

- Prevent criminal activity and detain suspects if necessary

Additional Duties:

- Greet employees and visitors

- Manage visitor registration and logging

- Secure assigned posts and patrol premises on foot

- Prepare and maintain relevant registers (Visitor Register, Inward & Outward register, etc.)

Language Requirements:

- Proficiency in Hindi and English

- Knowledge of Swahili (local language) is an added advantage
