Industry: Leading Automobile Dealership (HCV)

Location: Central Africa

Education: CA or Inter CA
Experience: 5–10 years in Cost Accounting (preferably with Automobile Dealerships – HCV)

Job Description

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments.

• Monitor day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance vs. budget.

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax filings, and audit processes.

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.

• Support the Finance Manager in strategic decision-making through financial analysis and modeling.

• Participate in financial system improvements and automation initiatives.
