General Manager - Mining Projects & Operations
Location: Vadodara
Job description:Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the mining industry.
Significant experience in both mining project execution and operational management is essential.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale mining projects and/or operations in senior leadership positions.
Strong understanding of mine planning, project engineering, construction, commissioning, production and maintenance interfaces.
Experience managing CAPEX-intensive projects, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Experience working with international mining projects, multinational organizations, or geographically dispersed teams will be an advantage.
Experience in India and/or international mining jurisdictions is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate qualification/MBA/Project Management certification will be an advantage.
