HDPE Recycling Machine Operator

 

Location: Central Africa

 

Experience: 5-7 years on hand experience in relevant field.

 

EDUCATION: High school certificate or mechanical diploma

 

Duties and responsibilities

·       Responsible for operating and monitoring the machinery that process PE plastics waste into reusable material

·       To operate recycling machinery like shredder, grinder, extruder with die face cutter

·       Should have knowledge on process parameters like temperature, speed and pressure

·       Sort and segregate different types of plastics and remove contamination

·       Should have knowledge on crusher blade change settings

·       Adhere safety protocols

·       Maintain records of production, process time and down time

·       Ready to work in other places like pipe extrusion as and when needed.

 

Skills

·       High school certificate or mechanical diploma

·       Mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills

·       Should be physically fit for shop floor work

 

Work environment

·       Ready to work in noisy environment

·       Ready to work in dirty, dust and fumes

·       Must work on shift
