1. Manager – Internal Audit (03 Positions)

Reporting To: Head of Internal Audit

Experience: 8–10 years of relevant Internal Audit experience (Mining & Metals Must)

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CPA or equivalent

Key Responsibilities & Focus:

• Independently plan, execute, and report comprehensive internal audits across operational and financial processes.

• Evaluate risk management frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and build capability within the internal audit team while maintaining high audit quality standards.

• Identify control gaps and deliver practical, value-adding recommendations to senior stakeholders.

2. Risk Officer – Internal Audit (04 Positions)

Reporting To: Manager – Internal Audit

Experience: 4–7 years of relevant Internal Audit experience (Mining & Metals Must)

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA / CPA or equivalent

Key Responsibilities & Focus:

• Execute audit fieldwork, maintain thorough documentation, and support report writing.

• Identify operational, financial, and process risk exposures across mining operations.

• Work closely with business teams to assess internal controls and recommend process improvements.

• Support audit managers in tracking compliance and audit resolution actions.
