Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Mining, Mineral Processing, or Metal Processing Plants? We are hiring for a leading mining and mineral processing company in Central Africa.

🔹 Position

Electrical Engineer – Plant Maintenance

🎯 Experience Required

✔️ 10+ Years

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot plant electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, and control panels.
• Monitor and manage complete plant electrical systems for safe and efficient operations.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Design, modify, and improve electrical systems to enhance plant performance and reliability.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Recommend reliability and efficiency improvements for electrical assets.
• Ensure compliance with industrial electrical safety standards and best maintenance practices.

✅ Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Mining, Mineral Processing, or Metal Processing Plants.
• Strong expertise in plant maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with heavy industrial plant equipment and electrical infrastructure.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Central Africa.
