Job responsibility:
12 years of experience in operation of beneficiation plant
(Heavy minerals experience will be added advantage)
Experience in operating and maintenance of tailing dam
Experience in Stockpile management and grade control
Monitoring the met report and maximize the recovery.
Project experience in the beneficiation plant – brown field/
green field project
Optimize the operational parameters by designing the plant
equipment & mass balancing
Achieving the KPI as per the target
Addressing safety and occupational health issues and safety
features in all equipment and plant
Grade control by blending of mineral to maintain the cutoff
grade to the plant.
Manpower management to ensure maximum output from workers.
