CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Fresher’s will do)
Roles & Responsibilities:
·
Must be from IT background
·
Deliver
service and support to end users through phone call, via remote connection or
over the internet.
·
Interact
with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns
and request about products and services.
·
Gather
customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptom.
·
Set up new
customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions
·
Ability to
learn different ERP products developed by our company.
