EXECUTIVE PURCHASE

Location: Vadodara Office

Dept.: Purchase

Sub Dept.: Mechanical

Grade: Executive

Reporting To: Manager – Purchase (M)

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical from A-List University

Experience:  8-10 Years

Any Other: Team Member, Pleasing personality, Fluent in English and other foreign languages

Deliverables of this Position

·         Hands on Experience in ERP System

·         Thorough knowledge of purchase ordering process

·         Must have overseas PO/Delivery experience

·         Project based purchase of various mechanical equipment.

·         Basic Knowledge of steel and metal commodities

·         Hands on experience of Material Inspection, QA/QC Documentation

·         Ability to fluently operate Computer and its applications

·         Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (E-mail, Letters, phone, etc…)

·         Attitude of Learning and developing self and others to match the organizational standards

·         Good follower and implementer of Policies, SOPs and Guidelines of organization
