Experience: Techno-commercial
professional with 8 -10 years of experience in energy sector like engineering,
oil & gas, refining, coal mining, power etc. with extensive exposure to a
gamut of areas including business strategy, financial modelling, analysis &
development, project management, commercial negotiations, and strategic
finance.
Education: BE with MBA

JOB
RESPONSIBILITY:
Main
Duties:
Assists the
Business Head in the management of the organization;
Ensures the
achievement of goals pursued by the organization;
Ensures timely and
competent presentation of reports
Participates in
official negotiations and meetings presenting the interests and objectives of
the project;
Monitors incoming
and outgoing documents and the official correspondence;
In coordination
with the heads of units submits all matters and proposals to the Business Head
for the latter’s approval; Ensures coordination of activities by the units;
Together with the
Project heads, discusses the cost-estimates;
Together with the
Procurement and Contract Management Officer, coordinates the procurement
Process and
participates in the activities of evaluation committees;
Participates in the
management of the Project budget; Assists in the project financial management;
Assists in the
preparation of financial requests for subsequent tranches, if needed,
Elaborates on functions and procedures proceeding from the project goals and
objectives, and manages the strategic and current short and long term planning
activities; Carries out other tasks as requested by the Business Head.
