Direct Reporting To (UJR); Marketing Director
Job Purpose:
Responsible for generating user base by conducting marketing
activities across different cities in India.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Roles:
Identify locations where marketing activities can generate maximum
user base Vendor Development.
Follow up with the locations and gather
permissions to conduct the designated activity.
Prepare the booth at the location along with the
team and sign up user accounts on the portal
Track the targets set by Marketing Director -
Door regularly and report to him.
Roll out promotion schemes as per timelines
planned and budget allotted. Calculate the user account creations for schemes
and share reports with the Marketing Director.
Ensure the accounts created and services posted
are genuine and can generate business value.
Manage the interns allotted in the team and
motivate their activities.
Gather user feedback for the portal and report
them to the IT team.
Stay up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors
and leading customer strategies.
Experience & Educational Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training,
or certification required)
Graduation in any discipline
Fluent with English & Hindi
Outspoken and dynamic personality a must
Proficient with Internet Browsing & Mobile
Applications
Efficient with MS word, Excel & PowerPoint
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or
leadership experience or specific exposure required)
2+ years of experience in Sales
Experience with conducting on side promotion
activities
Well equipped with ecommerce industry
Management experience a plus
