Job Purpose: Responsible for resolving user queries, approving user posts and transactions on the portal
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Roles
- Verifying the users, content posted on the portal and revenues released
- Resolving queries raised by the users using our customer care methods
- Coordinating with the IT team for any portal issues
- Track the user and post generations on the portal and report them to the Operations Director
- Making sure that the newsletters, online activities and promotions are conducted in an appropriate manner
- Ensure the accounts created and services posted are genuine and can generate business value.
- Manage the interns allotted in the team and motivate their activities.
- Gather user feedback for the portal and report them to the IT team.
- Stay up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)
- Graduation in IT or Computer Science
- Fluent with English & Hindi
- Any Technical Certifications a plus
- Proficient with Internet Browsing & Mobile Applications
- Efficient with MS word, Excel & PowerPoint
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
- 3+ years of experience in IT and/or CRM
- Experience with user data management
- Well equipped with ecommerce industry
- Management experience a plus
