Qualifications:
BE-Mechanical
Experience
Required: 3 to 5 years of experience in
procurement of mechanical items.
Job
Responsibilities:
·
Execution
and tracking of complete procurement /material management cycle i.e from
receiving of enquiry from clients to receipt of materials, including planning,
scheduling, documentation etc.
·
Understanding
clients’ requirement-technically.
·
Receipt of
RFQ and floating enquiries to concern supplier, verification of offer received
from suppliers, creation of sales quotation, negotiation, creation of sales
order and creation of purchase order, expediting of purchase orders.
·
GRN scrutiny
and its approval
·
Shipment
planning
·
Coordinate
with suppliers and clients for Tech and Commercial matters. Provide technical
support to our customers/clients
·
New quality
vendor development and its evaluation. Vendor assessment.
·
Updation of
data in ERP and preparation of weekly/ monthly MIS for Management &
Clients.
·
Ensure
reduction in material cost, response time of enquiry, procurement &
shipment cycle time.
·
Co-ordination
with Logistic, Finance , QC and warehouse team.
