Job Purpose: Responsible for designing and generating content for the portal

Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Roles

• Designing graphics for online and offline activities
• Managing podcast and newsletters on the portal
• Managing social media activities and online promotions
• Changing content and graphics on the portal from time to time
• Making sure that the newsletters, online activities and promotions are conducted in an appropriate manner
• Managing company posts and fulfilling the services for user retention
• Manage the interns allotted in the team and motivate their activities.
• Designing materials required by the marketing team for offline activities
• Stay up to date with recent market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)

• Graduation in Graphic Designing
• Fluent with English & Hindi
• Strong writing skills
• Proficient with Internet Browsing & Mobile Applications
• Efficient with designing tools

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)

• 2+ years of experience Graphic Designing
• Experience with content writing and social media management
• Well equipped with ecommerce industry
• Experience with e design company a plus
