Job Duties

Contract
Management - Independently drafting, negotiating and finalizing different kinds
of agreements for cross-functional teams including agreements for HR functions,
IT, procurement, sales, operational agreements, real estate, banking,
marketing, EPC, joint ventures and distributorship.
·
Drafting of Promotion Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Trademarks
Licensing Agreement, Leave and License Agreements, Lease Deeds, Cross reference
Agreements, C&F Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Endorsement
Agreements etc;
·
Drafting legal
documents
·
Guiding managers
on regulatory and compliance matters
·
Analyzing legal
issues relating to proposed products
·
Providing
supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their
specialized legal services
·
Structuring joint
enterprises with other organizations
·
Negotiating
employee contracts
·
Preparing and
filing government reports
·
Proper Records of
Company, Register of Ownership, Registration Updates job knowledge by
participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
Skills, interests and qualities
·
Excellent spoken and written communication skills and Corporate work
experience.
