Should be pro at preventive maintenance and breakdowns

Worked on articulated dump trucks

Worked on Excavators, Crane, Dozer, Dumper other HEMM, LMV Vehicle.

Should be able to carry out time to time audits of equipment.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The position of Inhouse Legal Counsel (“Counsel”) consists of being responsible for advising on, reviewing, editing, drafting and settling of commercial contracts in support of the business enterprises of the Our client group company’s.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Counsel will undertake the review, editing, drafting and settling of commercial contracts as follows:

·         Engage the person/s driving the business transaction (“Client”)

·         Manage the consultation process with Client to ensure a detailed brief (“Brief”) of the business transaction (“Matter”)

·         Open and maintain orderly and accessible Client files containing all correspondence and documents relating to the Brief.

·         Determine. assess and advise Client on any commercial risk pertaining to the Matter and the contractual provisions available to mitigate.

·         Determine, assess and advise Client on appropriate Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution options.

·         Determine, assess and advise client on contractual strengths and weaknesses and draft appropriate provision to mitigate.

·         Undertake the review and edit of commercial contracts received from third parties (“Business Partners”) which shall include engaging with the Business Partner and/or their professional advisors.

JOB PURPOSE:

Verifies the financial status and operating procedures of the institution through a systematic program of audits. Interacts with administrative and enforcement agencies; monitors systems and solves problems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & WORK OUTPUTS:

·         Assists in development of the company's annual audit plan.

·         Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews workpapers and audit reports; edits reports prepared by other auditors.

·         Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.

·         Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for audits, provides leadership to assigned auditors, manage project to quality outcomes, while meeting established time budget.

·         Performs audit work, including plan preparation, workpapers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
