Job Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Entries in Quickbooks (account software)

Taking care of the day to day fund related operations

Maintaining the Documentation of each and every financial transaction occurring in the company

Making and Tracking the payments of all recurring, non-recurring expenses

Making and tracking the payments to Engineers, Administration & Sales staff out of pocket expenses

Preparing and filing various returns, such documents for all legal and other compliance (Either independently or in coordination with the consultant)

Preparing and presenting the books of accounts for monthly internal audit

Preparing and presenting reports as and when required by the management

Finalization of books of accounts & preparation of Financial Statements

Job Description:

This position is responsible for supporting our demand generation campaigns targeted towards Our Client prospects through a variety of lead generation, qualification, and lead nurturing activities. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working and self-motivated individual with great communication skills. The Inbound Marketing Specialist will be a key member, with this position you need to grow Marketing and Sales department, the goal to foster increased pipeline and revenue growth. The position reports to the Higher Management.

Responsibilities/Duties:

·         Qualify inbound and outbound leads through various sources. 

·         Marketing focal point for handling all lead inquiries and cold calling in various verticals to generate demand.

·         Meet and exceed goals as defined in quota plan including Lead touches, Outbound calls/Inbound calls, Sales-Accepted Leads.

·         Participate in planned Marketing and Lead Development campaigns by meeting or exceeding campaign goals and deadlines, contributing to campaign execution planning, understanding call objectives and target markets.

·         Track and manage the documentation of leads acquired and passed on to Sales.

·         Daily tracking of activities using CRM
