Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver service and support to end users through a phone call, via remote connection or over the internet.
Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services.
Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptom.
Set up new customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions
Ability to learn different ERP products developed by our company.
