Position: Executive - Marketing (HDPE)
Location: Central Africa
Experience: 8-15 years in sales/marketing
Join our dynamic team to spearhead HDPE sales growth in Central Africa booming mining and industrial markets. Focus on building distributor networks and closing high-value deals for HDPE piping solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard distributors/dealers for HDPE products across DRC.
Execute field sales visits, client meetings, and tender participation in mining projects.
Create promotional materials, catalogs, and campaigns highlighting HDPE durability.
Track sales pipelines, achieve quarterly targets, and upsell value-added services.
Build relationships with EPC firms and mining companies (e.g., for tailings pipes).
Monitor market trends, inventory levels, and competitor pricing.
Report weekly sales metrics and propose expansion strategies.
Requirements:
Degree in Business/Engineering; HDPE sales certification advantageous.
8-15 years experience in industrial marketing, preferably HDPE/Plastics in Africa.
Excellent negotiation skills with a history of 20%+ YoY growth.
Familiarity with mining sector clients; travel willingness essential.
