Position: Deputy Manager/Manager - Marketing (HDPE Pipes & Fittings)
Location: Central Africa
Experience: 8-15 years in HDPE marketing/sales

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead HDPE product promotion in the DRC mining and construction sectors. Drive technical sales, product specifications, and client relationships for HDPE pipes used in water, mining, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for HDPE products, emphasizing technical specs like pressure ratings and corrosion resistance.

• Conduct market research on mining/infrastructure needs in Lubumbashi and surrounding areas.

• Lead sales teams to achieve targets, negotiating with key clients in construction and mining.

• Organize product demos, webinars, and trade shows to showcase HDPE advantages.

• Analyze competitor products (e.g., PVC alternatives) and recommend pricing/positioning.

• Collaborate with production teams to align inventory with market demand.

• Prepare sales forecasts and monthly reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering/Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

• 8-15 years in HDPE/polymer marketing, with DRC/Africa exposure.

• Strong knowledge of HDPE applications in mining (e.g., slurry lines) and construction.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools; French/English bilingual a plus.

• Proven track record in B2B sales exceeding targets.
