Serve as Principal Finance Business Partner for Mining & Processing ops. Ensure Unit Costs (C1/C3) accuracy, SAP Master Data integrity, and CAPEX lifecycle tracking. Challenge ops on efficiency using data insights.[ from prior context]
Key Responsibilities:
A. Mining ("Pit"): Track Explosives KPIs (Cost/BCM, Powder Factor); analyze variances. Monitor fleet (utilization, fuel, tires, idling). Granular costs: Drilling, Blasting, Load/Haul, Dewatering.
B. Processing: Cost Centers for Crushing, Milling, Leaching, SX/EW. Track power (kWh/ton), energy mix (Grid/Diesel/Solar). Allocate manpower (Overtime, Cost/Man-Hour).
C. CAPEX: ROI/NPV verification; track AuC to Retirement; PIR vs. promises; rotable components.
D. Improvement: Learn processes; lead CBA; vouch savings in P&L; control overheads.
SAP Expertise: Cost/Profit Centers (OKEON); Activity Types (KL01); Planning (KP06/KP26/KSPI); Costing Run (CK40N); Joint Prod. Apportionment; Closing (KSU5/KKAo/KKS1/CO88); Material Ledger (CKMLCP).
Governance: 10-Day Flash; Month-End +4; Budget vs. Actual (AVC); Ops meetings; SOPs.
Profile: CMA/CA; 8-20 yrs Mining/Metals exp.; SAP CO-PC expert; field-ready mindset.
