Chief Financial Officer
Location: Central Africa

Reports To: Group CEO / Board
Overview:
The Group CFO provides strategic financial leadership
across an integrated portfolio spanning infrastructure, power, construction,
and manufacturing projects. The role focuses on financial governance, project
finance, capital raising, PPP management, and consolidated group reporting to
ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement group financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term
planning.
- Lead
project finance, capital raising, and investor engagement across all
entities.
- Oversee
group budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls.
- Manage
treasury, liquidity, debt, and banking relationships.
- Drive
M&A, JV, and consolidation activities.
- Ensure
strong governance, risk management, compliance, and audit oversight.
- Advise
the CEO and Board on performance, risks, and strategic financial matters.
Candidate Profile:
- Senior
finance leadership experience across multi-entity projects.
- Strong
exposure to infrastructure, aviation, or construction sectors.
- Expertise
in PPPs, project finance, capital raising, and M&A.
- International
experience, ideally in Africa or emerging markets.
- Qualifications:
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; CPA/ACCA/CA/CFA preferred.
