Job description:

10+ years’ experience in water well drilling services, plus advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills;

Must have high school diploma or equivalent; prefer a trade/technical school diploma;

Be able to understand common drilling practices across a wide range of environments;

Have attention to details and confidentiality;

Be a good team player and display good communication skills;

Display the ability to communicate professionally with customers and build a relationship;

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine the proper steps to address issues;

Work well under pressure;

Must be a team-oriented person;

Technical writing skills;

Ability to develop new ideas and work independently;

Creative thinker and problem solver;

Attention to detail;

Ability to work in the field as required;

The ability to drive/operation the drilling machine is a must and this shall be added advantage to be considered for the position
