Job Description:

·         Installation & commissioning of 3 x 2 MVa Dg set

·         Prepare & Implement preventative maintenance for all installed DG set

·         Maintain overall DG Set back up power plant availability up to 100%

·         Train local technician for operation & maintenance of Dg set

·         Monitor & Control the Diesel consumption of Generators.

·         Spares planning & avoid shortage of spares & consumables

·         Maintain the specific diesel consumption of each Dg set

·         Maintain inventory for spares & consumables

·         Eliminate breakdown maintenance by 100% plant availability

·         Effective training to local technicians

·         Control the spares & consumables inventory

·         Operation & maintenance of 2 Mva or above capacity of Dg set

·         General Inspections, regular maintenance

·         Diesel Engine Overhauling, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of Mechanical & electrical problems.
