Job Description:

• Driving IS / other Standards / norms for the products in the Fall protection and Hand glows particularly.
• Certification/ testing of the of the products in fall protection and Hand gloves.
• Working on Customers specific needs / applications and develop products.
• Establishing product differentiation with respect to applications (e. g. Harness for applications in Construction / Offshore/ Transmission etc ,similarly for hand gloves for chemical industry/ construction industry etc)
• Establishing Product performance criteria / Value propositions delivery process.
• Keeping pace with the Market knowledge/ trend in new developments in Harness and Hand Gloves.
